Getting the chute off the car before heading down the return road shouldn't require tools or a fight. This mount is built around a quick-release pin so you can disconnect the parachute straps from the rear end fast, without removing the mount itself. The quick-release pin is included.
The weld-on design mounts directly to the rear-end housing and is built from 1/4" CNC plasma cut mild steel. The mount must be welded together and then welded to the rear-end housing. Welding and fabrication are required — installation should be performed by a qualified fabricator.
