717 Fabrication & Performance stands behind our work. Eligible 717-branded products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in eligible 717 Fabrication & Performance branded products. Not every product sold through our store is automatically covered — coverage applies to eligible 717 Fabrication & Performance branded products as indicated on the individual product page or order documentation.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or improper welding or fabrication performed during installation
  • Incorrect fitment or use in an unintended application
  • Modifications made to the product after purchase
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, collisions, or impacts
  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Surface rust, corrosion, or damage resulting from improper storage or lack of protective coating
  • Damage to other vehicle components
  • Labor, welding, installation, removal, towing, shipping, vehicle downtime, or other consequential costs

Installation Responsibility

Many 717 Fabrication & Performance products are weld-on fabrication components. Proper installation and welding are the responsibility of the purchaser and installer. This work should be performed by someone qualified for the job. Warranty coverage does not extend to issues resulting from improper installation or welding.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us through our Contact page with the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Your name and order number (if available)
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, installation, and affected area
  • Any other information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim

Each warranty claim is evaluated individually.

Remedies

For an approved warranty claim, 717 Fabrication & Performance may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy. This warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal, towing, vehicle damage, lost track time, lost revenue, or other incidental or consequential expenses.
